By accessing or using our HR Management Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Our Service provides an HR management platform that allows organisations to manage employee records, leave, documents, disciplinary records, and related HR functions. Access is granted on a per-client basis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

When signing in via Google, you authorise us to access your basic profile information (name and email address) solely for authentication purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorised content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service, including employee records and HR documents. We do not claim any ownership over your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
